A coffee/tea maker and Wi-Fi available in the family room. Wonderful bathroom, king size bed. Very, very nice staff, always with a smile. Easy check-in, parking nearby...

We had a fantastic stay at Best Western Hotel Nazionale. The location was ideal, right in the heart of the city. Our room was immaculate and well-presented, and we enjoyed a great night's sleep every night. The breakfast on the 7th floor had a stunning view of the Sanremo skyline and offered a delicious continental selection. The hotel also had an attached restaurant, which served excellent Italian and international dishes. we highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, comfortable rooms, and great dining options.

Staff was very friendly

The location is directly in the pedestrian zone (very loud). If you want peace and quiet, this is the wrong place. The room was also located directly next to a church. You can be there live on Sunday from 7:30 a.m. Apart from that, the hotel and the equipment is a little outdated.

The location to explore Sanremo.

The clairaudience of the room. In the morning you can hear the neighbors' showers. We could also hear the Nacbarn talking so clearly that we could understand some words clearly, and had to listen to the poor guy throwing up in the night.

I had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious 4-star hotel in the heart of a charming town. The location couldn't have been better, right in the center and just a short walk from the beach. Despite being situated on a pedestrian street, this hotel provided a valet car service that made arrival and departure hassle-free. The staff, led by Carlo and his companions, were very efficient and accommodating. The room I was given was spacious, well-lit, and had a comfortable bed. The large bathroom was a great bonus.

Top location with a beautiful view of the sea over the roofs ( 6th floor). Nice, very functional bathroom, the whole hotel was absolutely clean.

The shuttle service for out-of-town parking leaves a lot to be desired. I have ordered the car 30min before on time and then received it 30 min after the desired time.

We have often stayed at the Hotel Nazionale. It was perfect as always. Very good restaurant. The whole staff in the hotel, especially at the breakfast buffet, is very friendly. Again and again with pleasure!

Centrally located hotel next to the casino and beach. Good breakfast with outdoor seating and a wonderful view. Excellent valet car service by Carlo and team. Reception and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful.

Basic functional 4 star hotel suitable for middle mangement business travellers.

Car parking is some distance away and because it is on a pedistrian only street, one needs to find a spot to unload, pick-up a parking card, and then find the car park and walk from there.

It's recently refurbished with exceptionally comfortable beds and panoramic views. Smart staff provides a very good service.

The hotel is located near shops, the beach area, a cycling path, and lots of good restaurants. The warm breakfast was enjoyable.- The newly renovated family room was beautiful.- my experience at the hotel was very pleasant.

Excellent hotel, spotlessly clean and very helpful staff. Really enjoyed breakfast on the roof terrace with wonderful views over town and sea. Would have no hesitation to recommend it to anybody.
